We provide equitable, compassionate, patient- and whānau- centred, free-of-charge hospice care for patients, families, whānau and carers in the places they call home, and at our Inpatient Unit in Newtown.

About the position

The purpose of this role is to provide administrative and project support to the Quality and Education Team: Quality and Education Manager, Clinical Nurse Educators and Clinical Educator. It also supports the wider hospice teams as required to ensure the service provided is seamless and meets the needs of Mary Potter Hospice.

About you

You will need to be:

  • Highly organised and able to plan your own programme of work and prioritise this to meet the needs of the team
  • A systems and processes person and love a challenge
  • An experienced administrator with a sound knowledge of and interest in databases and web-based software
  • Able to build good working relationships within the Quality & Education team and with different people both internally and externally.
