Greys Ave is the creation of a 276-unit apartment complex in central Auckland, delivered under a 'single-site supported housing' model.
The new development includes both retail/commercial and office spaces alongside shared amenities, designed to create a welcoming, supportive, and connected community within an environment that promotes greater health and wellbeing outcomes.
'Single-site supported housing' is the coordination of public housing coupled with support services to meet customers' social and health needs and increase wellbeing. Greys Ave is one of the first demonstrations of single-site supported housing in Aotearoa New Zealand with 24/7 on-site support services.Partnering closely with the Community Development team, the Coordinator - Digital Engagement will play a key role in providing on-site digital and communications support for the building, neighbourhood unit, and commercial tenancies and for the communal, community, social, health and Kaitiaki services.

- Excellent demonstrated customer service experience
- You'll have strong interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills, coupled with the ability to balance and prioritise competing demands
- Process and systems oriented and the able to manage large volumes of information efficiently
- The ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
- Confident communicating in person, on the phone and in writing to different audiences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous digital engagement experience is an advantage along with basic CMS knowledge
