About You


We are looking for someone who has a passion for primary health care and has ideally worked in the health sector.

People skills, operational leadership and change management will be important, as well as financial planning, budgeting, and accounts management.

You will be able to thrive in the challenging and often changing environment of primary healthcare, PHOs, funding, capitation, enrolments, and the wide range of reporting that GP practice requires.


You will be skilled at fostering teamwork and do what it takes to support your colleagues and deliver excellent service; you will be able to work well with health and administration professionals; you will be able to set up and maintain productive relationships with our Green Cross Health Support Office and external stakeholders; you will bring positivity, energy, enthusiasm, and resilience to this varied and exciting role.

You will enjoy leadership, creating a healthy culture and developing others.

We have an opening in our busy medical centre.
This is a permanent full time position working 40 hours across Monday to Friday.
The purpose of this role is to oversee daily operations, including HR, financial management, quality improvement, and compliance. Responsibilities involve managing staff, ensuring legal compliance, fostering relationships, and coordinating building maintenance.

You will bring to the role:

  • Prior experience in Health Management is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience in operations and change management.
  • Exceptional organisational and problemsolving skills.
  • Professional, resilient, reliable, and selfmotivated.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
  • Financial management or accounting skills.
  • Ability to delegate and direct others in a positive and sensitive way

  • Working knowledge of Medtech Evolution is desirable but not essential.
