We are proud of our dynamic work environment and a diverse workforce of 2500+ staff.We are looking for a Programme and Reporting Lead to join our in-house Design team in Wellington. Reporting to the Business Performance Manager, you play an essential role in optimising our design and project programming processes.
You will be responsible for assessing ERP solution requirements, implementing solutions, and driving efficiency improvements across Design Concepts and Design Delivery teams.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Ensure the implementation of ERP solutions aligns with Business Performance Manager's specifications
- Create and maintain a portfolio master program for design and observation phases, tracking progress against program (planned vs. achieved)
- Evaluate project requirements and highlight available resources based on portfolio demands
- Analyse design documentation time frames and review data collected from systems, collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to provide recommendations for team efficiency, system enhancements, and process improvements
- Monitor and ensure compliance with time sheeting & reporting requirements
- Manage and administer site observation booking system ensuring final inspection schedules are in place, planned and implemented appropriately. Provide data on productivity and abortive visits

- Strong understanding of resource management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence people without direct authority, including the ability to work collaboratively with Heads of Departments, Group Managers, Design Managers and Architectural Leads
- A practical, flexible, and innovative approach to work
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Detailoriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities
