About you:

  • Previous experience in a Construction Administrator role OR a keen interest in everything Construction
  • Positive people person, enjoys going the extra mile
  • Perceptive and eager to learn
  • Flexible and adapts to change easily
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • High level of computer expertise

What we are looking for:

  • Flexibility with the ability to deal with the pressure of a busy environment
  • Manage multiple meetings per month and taking detailed meeting minutes
  • The ability to create detailed templates within Word and Excel
  • Supporting key systems and the implementation of software and new processes across the Administration area
  • Experience with a Document Management System would be highly advantageous, but not mandatory
  • Booking domestic travel within our online travel system
  • Strong Microsoft office suite skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong planning and time management skills
  • High degree of attention to detail and accuracy
  • High level of interpersonal skills and a team player
