  • Ensure all projectrelated documentation is accurate and uptodate
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports
  • Assist with project invoicing and financial reporting using Xero
  • Communicate with clients and contractors as needed
  • Provide general administrative support to the project team as required

Requirements:

  • High attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work
  • Proven experience in project administration, preferably in the construction industry
  • Familiarity with Procore and Xero systems
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
