Your role as Recruitment Lead - National Office, will grow your leadership capability in our complex yet rewarding government Department.

Our Recruitment Leads find that an empathetic and positive leadership approach fosters an efficient approach to balance the needs of the team and our customers.

The team responds best to a coaching and mentoring style of leadership, and our Recruitment Leads are visible and available for the team of varying experience-levels.

Experience of recruitment leadership in the public service has placed a solid and important foundation for the Recruitment Leads to thrive with a diverse work programme in this fast-paced environment.

Highlights of being in the team are our regular morning teas, trying to get a double 15 in the daily Stuff Quizzes and being a part of a sociable group with a desire to grow and learn together.

At the heart of your role is the leadership of a truly special group of people.

You will nurture your team's professional development, lead the National Office recruitment work programme, advocate for the team, and contribute to the management of the team's strategic priorities.

This team's kawa is centred around high performance, collaboration and integrity, and your leadership will encourage and inspire these values.

Utu ā-tau | Salary

The salary range this role will be appointed to is between $116, $137, Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
