  • To continue providing a high level of satisfaction and quality service to their tenants, the opportunity for a Maintenance Coordinator to join the team has arisen.
    The Role


The main purpose of the role is to implement and coordinate the facilities maintenance function, providing effective services to Tenants and Samson Corporation stakeholders.


  • Key responsibilities of the role include, but aren't limited to:
  • Liaise with and instruct contractors and tenants regarding maintenance queries and scheduled works in order to attend to and repair maintenance issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure job order and PO's records are maintained along with accurate invoicing to tenants in line with lease terms.
  • Provide support to the wider Property and Facilities teams as required across multiple maintenance functions such as insurance claims, cleaning contracts, building compliance and consents administration.
  • Maintain facilities database information and monitor maintenance items for repeat failure implementing strategies to resolve.

About You

  • Experience in a similar role, ideally in a professional services environment.
  • Effective communicator both written and oral with internal and external clients.
  • Be a and problem solver, showing initiative and ability to make decisions while working autonomously.
  • Excellent organisation and administrative skills including MS Office.
