About the role

Do you have experience in information and records management? Are you curious about the ways people create, use, and share information? We're looking for a Support Analyst (Information) to join our Digital whānau at Te Mana Rererangi Tūmatanui o Aotearoa I Civil Aviation Authority of New Zealand (CAA) to support and guide Authority's information management practices.

What you'll bring

  • More than 2 years of experience working in an information and records management role with the public sector.
  • Sound knowledge of the Public Records Act, informationrelated legislation and compliance obligations.
  • Experience developing and maintaining record keeping structures within document and records management systems,
  • Ability to understand and engage with your audience and adapt approaches accordingly.
  • Willingness to step in and share the workload within the team.
