In this busy and varied role, you'll be joining a team of tech savvy, customer service experts who provide exceptional 1st and 2nd level desktop support to our organisation.

This is a full-time office-based role where flexibility can be supported when required.

Your day-to-day work will range from fixing IT issues both onsite and via remote support, to completing IT service requests and providing IT hardware and support.

You'll manage requests and incidents in our ticketing system, ensuring they are managed effectively, and all people are kept up to date on progress.

You'll provide first class assistance with set-up and training for our new starters and, from time to time, be called on to support for with meeting room technology

We are looking for someone who:

  • has 1st and 2nd level desktop support experience and, ideally, a MCIPT qualification with Microsoft Cloud admin tool experience
- is a confident communicator and passionate about excellent customer service
- is self-managing, able to prioritise and keep up to date with all assigned work
- enjoys dealing with a range of people across the organisation
- has excellent problem-solving skills
- enjoys working in a team and knows how to have fun while getting the work done.
