About the company
Crown Law provides legal advice and representation services to the government in matters affecting the executive government.

The services provided include matters covering judicial review of government actions, constitutional questions including Treaty of Waitangi issues, the enforcement of criminal law and the protection of revenue.

Crown Law also administers the prosecution process in the criminal justice system, in particular, Crown prosecutions.
About the role

As an IT Support Analyst you will provide exceptional customer service to Crown Law staff, processing, logging and resolving issues as appropriate.

You will perform user administration duties and investigate and problem-solve IT related faults.

Duties:

  • Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone
  • Log, acknowledge, assign and process support calls, resolving issues where appropriate and escalating where necessary
  • Monitor progress, identify common issues and focus on continuous improvement
  • Support the set up and installation of hardware for staff and contribute to project work where required

Skills and experience:

  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated experience producing effective service requests/incidents
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Ability to prioritise work and manage working on multiple issues at once
