Seeking a Team Administrator / Coordinator

Your Role:


As the Team Administrator/Coordinator, you will be at the heart of the organisation, ensuring the smooth flow of day-to-day operations.


Your responsibilities will encompass various administrative tasks, including:

  • Assisting with scheduling and coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements; ensuring smooth and efficient operations
  • Assisting in organising events, workshops, and teambuilding activities to foster a positive work environment
  • Handling administrative tasks such as data entry, recordkeeping, and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Collaborating with colleagues to streamline processes and enhance administrative efficiency
  • Providing exceptional customer service to both internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Supporting various departments with their administrative needs and contributing to a positive work environment

About you:

  • Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work well under pressure
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment
  • Proactive problemsolving abilities and a positive attitude towards challenges
  • Proficiency in using office software and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite, project management software)
  • Prior experience in administrative or clerical roles is advantageous
