Our TeleServices team are looking for a professional and experienced Supervisor with reservations experience to support and help lead our in house call centre and reservations team at SkyCity. This is your opportunity to manage a fun and upbeat team in a role where the team field a wide variety of inbound calls.
As the Contact Centre Supervisor, you will be someone who's had first-hand experience building cohesive, motivated and empowered teams who themselves are focused on working together to achieve individual and team-based goals that result in positive outcomes for SkyCity and its customers.

You'll be able to coach and nurture team members to overcome any training or knowledge gaps, while also having the skills to effectively manage any performance issues that arise within our inbound and outbound Contact Centre.
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
We're looking for someone who can think on their feet to problem solve and confidently deal with escalated customer issues. Experience in a hotel or call centre supervisory role is essential, and you'll also be well versed in the day to day administration, statistical analysis, be comfortable working with daily targets and reporting needs of such an environment.

Prior customer service experience, ideally from Hospitality or Contact Centre:

Knowledge of the OPERA reservations system would be ideal
