We are looking for a
Employment Relations (ER) Advisor to join us.


As an ER Advisor you will be working closely with ER Lead to assist with the preparation, undertaking and implementation of bargaining for all collective agreement negotiations.

You will be working closely and assisting the wider ER team to prepare logístically for bargaining by creating records of negotiations, assisting the advocates during bargaining via way of research and analysis, and assisting with the implementation of settlements.

If you have the following skills and experience, we would really like to hear from you:

  • An aptitude for learning and genuine interest in ER, in particular collective bargaining, and large-scale change processes
  • Knowledge or interest in public sector collective bargaining and unions
  • Excellent attention to detail and analysis skills with the ability to use data and insights to identify trends, risks and opportunities
  • Ability to work in a fast paced team and be able to build relationship and partnership
  • Ability to travel regularly to Auckland
