20 August 2023Starting asap for the next 6 months this role starts off full time for the first 4-6 week then 20 hours from then on.

Located in Takapuna you will be assisting with the administration around the role out of a new health and safety app.

Health Sector.


Utilise your excellent communication skills, IT and Health and safety knowledge working on an exciting new app for a large health organisation.


Duties include:

  • Be the main point of contact between the software provider and the organisation
  • Assist with provision of required documents, staff training resources etc.
  • Coordinate any changes and updates from the software provider
  • Be the point of contact for user feedback and improvement/design suggestions
  • Work with relevant mangers to introduce the software and ensure training and support is in place
  • Provide helpdesk support as issues arise
  • Be proactive in identifying potential issues and either address or escalate as necessary
  • Flexibility with work as workloads/priorities change throughout the project
  • Work towards meeting deadlines set
  • Other duties as required'

To be considered you will ideally have:

  • Some experience/exposure to Health and safety or other similar systems
  • Be computer savvy and have the confidence to pick up new systems
  • Excellent communication skills for dealing with a wide variety of managers and other staff
  • The Patience and professionalism to assist managers and staff struggling with the new system
  • Good problem solving and relationshipbuilding abilities
  • Flexibility to take on what ever is required.
