Important health & safety opportunity We are seeking a highly organised, detail oriented and collaborative Senior Health & Safety Administrator to ensure MediaWorks' is compliant with all health & safety regulations, coordinating repair and maintenance activities.

**The Role**

Health & Safety compliance responsibilities
- Ensure the Outdoor's strict compliance with all Health & Safety regulations.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure working environment.
- Review regular audits and assessments to identify and address potential hazards.
- Lead the coordination of repair & maintenance activities, liaising with external service providers as required.
- Maintain meticulous records of repair & maintenance schedules, activities, and outcomes whilst ensuring cost-effective and timely solutions to issues.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Senior Commercial Managers.
- Maintain accurate and organise documentation related to Health & Safety compliance, repair & maintenance activities, and administrative support tasks. Including reports on Health & Safety compliance and contributing to the development of relevant manuals and procedures.

**About You**

You must possess all the relevant training and qualifications (Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent) with a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Health & Safe practitioner.
- Experience with conducting audits and assessments to identify and address potential hazards.
- Ability to prepare Health and Safety compliance reports, as well as presentations, and other documentation that are accurate, informative and timely.
- Strong administrative skills (Media industry knowledge would be great But not a deal breaker)
- Adaptable, open confident communicator with problem solving mindset
- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with different teams
- Thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment
