**Your Role**:
We are on the lookout for a dedicated Health & Safety/Service Administrator. In this dual role, you will be pivotal in performing both Health & Safety and Service Administration duties, ensuring the utmost efficiency and safety in our operations. You'll be reporting directly to the Branch Manager with guidance from our Support Centre Health and Safety team.

**Responsibilities**:

- First point of contact for H&S concerns at the Branch and fielding customer service requests
- Produce and maintain various reports and registers
- Data entry, stock takes, customer service updates and office orders
- Hold monthly health and safety committee meetings and attend weekly HOD meetings
- Create and supply operational and training materials
- Facilitate health & safety training and conduct regular audits
- Assist with onboarding new staff on site including inductions and organising medical checks
- Investigate and report on near misses, incidents, injuries, and hazard observations
- Organise and manage regular on-site nurse and physiotherapist visits along with other wellbeing initiatives

**Skills and Experience**:

- Customer Service Experience
- Microsoft Suite App (excel, outlook, teams etc.)
- Highly Detail Orientated
- Ability to write and deliver reports and presentations
- Knowledge of New Zealand workplace safety laws and guidelines advantageous
