Tēnei tūranga - About the role:
You will support MBIE by providing a high standard of service, consistency of delivery and successful teamwork. You, alongside others in the team, will be responsible for coding all invoices that come in to MBIE. Also included as part of your day, will be the maintenance of purchase orders.

You will use your relationship management skills to interact with the business and external suppliers to manage queries about outstanding invoices.

You will need to use problem solving skills when handling complex invoices or purchase orders related queries.
