We are seeking a Website Administrator to join our dynamic IT team. This customer experience focused role blends an understanding of TR Group's business with design, user experience, and technical knowledge of website administration and content management. The Website Administrator will manage the day-to-day operations of our online presence, ensuring our website meets business objectives and provides an exceptional user experience.

About the role:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, content creators, and web developers to manage and update TR Group's websites, ensuring they are current and visually appealing.
  • Optimize website content and metadata for SEO to improve search rankings and increase traffic.
  • Monitor website analytics, generate reports on key performance indicators, and suggest improvements for user experience and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, conduct regular performance audits, and implement enhancements for optimal speed and responsiveness.
  • Provide support and training to internal users on content management, best practices, and ensure regular backups and disaster recovery plans are in place.

To be successful in this position, you will:

  • Previous experience as a Website Administrator or in a similar role, with formal certification being a plus.
  • Strong skills in using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor performance and user behavior.
  • Experience in responsive web design, mobile optimization, and SEO techniques.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities to promptly resolve website issues.
