A Development / Construction career at Ryman is different from the average. The size, scale and complexity of our projects match any in the industry. The buildings range from large scale commercial buildings, apartment blocks, and townhouses.

The Village Centres include commercial-sized facilities, such as swimming pools, commercial kitchens, high-level care facilities, restaurants, billiard rooms, cinemas, and hair salons, to name a few.

The Village Centres range in size from 2 to 5 levels, with some having multi-level basements. Apartment blocks and townhouses are also common among Ryman Villages.

What will you do?
***Our Construction Administration team in Christchurch are seeking a proactive and reliable Senior Construction Administrator to join the team. You will play a vital role in supporting our Development, Design, Construction and Sales teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing daytoday work incoming into the Admin Construction inbox
  • Uploading documents into our system in a timely manner, ensuring that naming protocols are adhered to as directed
  • Maintaining system housekeeping to ensure that data is accurate and up to date
  • Assisting and covering the tasks of other team members as required
  • Overseeing the endtoend process of our Client Extras & further development of relationship with relevant teams
