Your role
We have an exciting opportunity for a fixed term Construction Administration Manager to lead our team of Administrators.

You will lead a high performing team who are dedicated to providing excellent administration support and service to our construction teams which include QS and Design.


This is a 12 month fixed term position to cover parental leave.**This full-time role is based in our modern, vibrant office in Russley, Christchurch, working Monday to Friday. We offer a fun and supportive workplace.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring all construction documentation is managed from tender stage right through to the end of each project
  • Assisting in the preparation of documents for building consents
  • Leading, mentoring and guiding our team of high performing Construction Administrators
  • Upkeeping various schedules and spreadsheets
  • Framework administration
