The Sales Account Manager is built around relationships, and you will be part of high performing team, responsible for growing and retaining our portfolio of clients.
You will be seeking new opportunities within our core market, managing existing clients, providing solutions and advice on products, delivering demonstrations and product training as well as those duties listed below.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing successful relationships with clients
- A strong presence; a passionate and engaging sales, customer service and account manager
- Managing a portfolio of key accounts
- Acting as a point of contact for customers
- Understanding client needs and visions
- Prepared to travel to rural areas for client visits
- Providing technical advice and guidance to clients (training will be provided)
- Setting and tracking personal targets and KPI's
- General admin duties; enter customer orders, entering CRM notes etc.
- Generating new business using customer network
What we're looking for:
- Solid experience within sales or account management
- The ability to work autonomously and be organised and selfmanaging
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solutions based selling style, and natural relationship builder
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Comfortable with technical information and ability to problem solve
- Agricultural industry knowledge, specifically machinery, would be advantageous
- Hold an NZ Drivers Licence, and prepared to travel to rural areas and meet customers
- Positive person with can do attitude
- You will be part of a growing company that operates on family values
