We are seeking a Manager Client Service Delivery who can lead a Client Service Delivery team in the Wellington Region.

This role is reporting to the Regional Director.

You will be responsible for leadership and operational management through the development and maintenance of a high-performance people centric team that delivers high quality services to clients.

Meeting current and future expectations and demand for services, contributing to MSD values, strategic priorities, and outcomes is essential to your ongoing success in this role.

You will possess expert knowledge of how insights and learnings can better enable our client-facing people to give our clients the help and support that they need, when they need it.

As part of our leadership team, you will bring a fresh perspective and innovative ideas to help deliver on the Ministry's strategic objectives and drive continuous improvement.

You initiative and personal resolve to deliver results will be a noticeable contribution in meeting our collective goals.

Key requirements for the role include:

  • Proven leadership at a senior level and the ability to influence others.
  • The ability to work with ambiguity and to move quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Experienced in leadership and development of a high performing team.
  • Strategically influencing and managing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders for the betterment of communities and whanau.
  • Building key relationships and networks while influencing partnering agreements with key agencies and providers in collaboration with the sector.
  • Proven ability to manage risk and change.
  • Ability to relate both verbally and written across all levels of an organization.
