Senior Advisor Client Service Delivery

  • Provide high impact operational advice while working as part of a great dynamic team
  • Enhance Client Experience through the delivery of key action plans
  • Permanent role, based at National Office, Wellington become an integral part of our team


Are you a skilled motivated individual? This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in meaningful work that contributes to making a positive impact on the lives of New Zealanders.

Working alongside the Manager and our wider Service Delivery Group, you will play a vital role in providing technical operational and analytical advice to support on key work programmes.

The role is highly collaborative, and you will have the confidence to develop and manage relationships at all levels across the Ministry and other Government agencies.


As a Senior Advisor, you will:

  • Collaborate effectively
  • Demonstrate a curious mind, researching complex issues, and propose solutions
  • Support and contribute to work programmes that align with MSD and Government initiatives
  • Manage relationships and influence at all levels
  • Present clear and concise documentation, within tight deadlines
  • Utilise strong analytic skills to provide robust recommendations
