We're on the lookout for a driven and dedicated Customer Service Concierge for our VTNZ North Shore branch to WOW our customers and help us pilot a new product

As our Customer Service Concierge, you will be devoted to all things customer In this role you'll need to be on your toes, greeting customers by name as they arrive, handing them over to the processing team leading them through to our customer lounge and delighting them with coffee, conversation and a number of other value ads within our site environment.

As this is a pilot, we're looking for someone who is driven to help get this project off the ground and isn't shy to share their opinion when it comes to creating outstanding customer experiences.

This role is a 6 month full-time fixed term position with opportunity to extend if the trial is a success.

You will have:

  • A customer focussed mentality
  • Be a natural conversationalist, great at dealing with people
  • An excellent problem solver and a great listener
  • The ability to solve customer needs, and deal with conflict with tact
  • Good phone manner and written/oral communication skill
  • Experienced using all standard PC suites
  • Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working with variable workload ebbs and flows
  • Comfortable working with deadlines and a fast-paced environment
