About the Client

Our client is a market leader in their field, boasting a large and complex environment which has a reputation for attracting some of the most talented technical people in the market.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely incident resolution.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our support processes.
  • Building strong relationships with end users, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
  • Maintaining effective documentation and administration processes, ensuring accurate records are retained.
  • Liaising with external partners and vendors as necessary.
  • Operate as a team player and ensure risks are mitigated

Experience Required

  • Enterprise Level experience
  • Customer service experience in a large, complex organisation
  • L1/L2 MS 365 Support
  • Proficiency in Windows 7, Citrix (preferred), MS Exchange, MS Office, Skype for Business, and Active Directory.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to write and maintain technical documentation as well as translate technical terms into layman terms
  • A Positive attitude and willingness to learn
