The Role:

Why join us as our Finance Analyst?

  • As our Finance Analyst, you will provide expert financial insights and analysis to support decisionmaking and optimise performance across our business units.
  • You'll collaborate with crossfunctional teams from Sales to Marketing as you monitor key performance indicators and drive improvements in performance.
  • You will Deliver timely and insightful monthly financial reports and presentations and support with monthend processes.
  • Working within our L'affare Roastery and closely with our Commercial Manager, you'll have exposure to all aspects of Coffee operations with opportunities for you to learn, grow and do.

You'll be someone who thrives off a challenge, a keen learner and a collaborator who can effectively influence decision making at all levels of our business.

We see this as the perfect role for someone who has an Accounting or Finance degree with a few years of experience under their belt.

Ideally you will be on your way to completing your CA or eager to start studying towards it.
