St Paul's Collegiate School is a leading independent school situated in Hamilton that has a well-rounded sporting culture and a drive for High-Performance sporting success.

The St Paul's Rowing Club has a team of more than 80 rowers and coxswains who train at a privately owned boat shed on the Waikato River.

All equipment is up-to-date with a fleet of boats covering all boat classes, with a comprehensive plant and asset purchase plan.

We are seeking to appoint a Director of Rowing who will lead our school's rowing programme on and off the water from the start of the 2024 / 2025 rowing season.

St Paul's Rowing Club is in a positive growth phase, and the school is incredibly proud of the current culture, engagement and success of its programme.

We are looking for an inspiring leader who has experience and knowledge of coaching rowing and working with young people.

Leading a team of experienced and successful Coaches, together you will motivate and bring the best out of our rowers by demonstrating high standards in commitment, attitude, presentation and enthusiasm towards the rowing programme.
