IT Engineer Support

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to endusers on hardware and softwarerelated inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot problems in a timely and accurate manner to minimize downtime and ensure productivity is not impacted.
  • Assist with the maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure and ensure all equipment is in optimal working condition.
  • Perform regular system backups and testing to ensure data preservation and integrity.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the existing IT environment and assist in the development of new processes to address them.
  • Research and recommend new solutions to enhance the company's existing IT systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of network infrastructure and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Experience with MS technology 365, Azure, windows etc
  • Strong experience in Active Directory, Citrix and remote desktops, and disaster recovery
  • Experience in VOIP, Printer or Software support is also advantageous
  • Solid understanding of computer hardware and software, including Microsoft Windows and Office.
  • Familiarity with antivirus software, firewalls, and backup solutions.
  • Ability to work with mínimal supervision and be a selfstarter.
