The Head of Partnerships is responsible for building diverse, valued relationships that represent and reflect our key customer segments.

The role requires a strong business development and relationship management capability and the ability to work closely with key internal and external stakeholders.

It will also achieve strong client satisfaction, solid commercial outcomes and play a critical part in delivering positive outcomes for the community.

This is an exciting opportunity as we are on a journey to transform our cultural capability to better serve the needs of Māori, and in time more diverse communities.

This role will see you building and maintaining community relationships as well as providing strategic advice and support to our Executive Leadership Team and Board.

Ko wai koe | About you You are an experienced strategic and values-based leader with the ability to successfully build strategic plans and deliver.

Strong understanding of Te Ao Māori and will see you confidently build and maintain meaningful partnerships to better serve Māori communities.

You are an excellent customer advocate as well as being comfortable balancing both commercial and community outcomes.
You will play a pivotal role in driving collaboration, fostering relationships, and championing Māori to bring about positive change.
