About the role:
We are looking to employ aFinance Administratorwithin our Accounts Payable team based at our head office in Christchurch.
Although we are looking for experience in Accounts Payable, a real "can do" attitude & a willingness to go the extra mile will be a winnerIf you want to experience working with a well-established Construction Company; large enough to deliver excellence across multiple disciplines while remaining small enough to have a family feel, then this could be the role for you
You willbe responsible for:
Processing and paying supplier invoicesDaily bank reconciliation and transfersMonthly supplier statement reconciliationClearing emails and supporting supplier & wider team inquiriesSetting up new suppliersCover for the receptionist and general administration tasksWhat you bring to the role:Experience in accounts payable or contract administration is a definite advantageIntermediate skills in Microsoft applications, especially Excel and WordStrong numerical skills and attention to detailAble to work autonomously and collaborativelyWillingness to learn and thrive with changes in a rapidly growing companyIn return, we offer:Great working environmentOngoing training and developmentCompetitive remuneration package that includes FREE medical insuranceGreat location, leave town traffic behind, and free parking tooWhy Choose Us?In 1950 our company was formed by two passionate conservationists – Sir Neil and Lady Isaac.
