We are after a full-time Care Coordinator to join our supportive and friendly team based in Epsom, Auckland

About the role

As a care coordinator you'd be organising home-based care and support services that enable Access clients to live as safely and as independently as possible.

There's never a dull day in this position. You'll constantly be collaborating and discussing creative solutions with your other team mates to get the rosters completed.

What you'd be doing

-Rostering our Auckland support workers

-Calling support workers to cover shifts

-Talking to our clients ensuring their needs are met

-Helping with other internal queries as they arise
