Tāmaki Health is a strong network of over 50 clinics delivering care through our affiliated general practices, urgent care clinics, specialist centers, and occupational health clinics. Our clinic brands including Local Doctors and White Cross serve New Zealand's communities with the highest standard of GP and Urgent Care.

About the position

The LM System & Training Coordinator is responsible for the management and administration of a Learning Management System within Tāmaki Health.

The role involves a variety of tasks related to the effective functioning of the LMS and ensuring that it supports the organization's educational goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall administration of the LMS
  • Content Management working closely with educators and subject matter experts to publish, upload, and organize educational content such as course materials, assignments, quizzes, and multimedia resources onto the LMS platform
  • Gather and analyse data related to user engagement, course completion rates, assessment scores, and other relevant metrics
  • Track and maintain employee training records in the LMS
  • Communicating training opportunities, schedules, and requirements to employees through various channels, such as emails, intranet, and newsletters.
  • Organizing logistics for training events, such as booking venues, arranging for catering, setting up audiovisual equipment, and ensuring all necessary materials are available

You will need to have:

  • Preferable 1+ years of experience in management of a LMS
  • Previous experience in coordination, facilitation, and presentation of learning modules.
  • Problem solving & analytical skills
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship manager
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Enjoy and thrive in a fast-paced & high-pressure environment
  • Someone who is committed to the principles of health equity and cultural competency and who is able to demonstrate an understanding of Māori tikanga and kawa and Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
