About the role

As a Senior Network Consultant, you'll be the go-to expert for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network solutions for wide range of clients.

You'll work closely with other teams to deliver top-notch client solutions and provide expert technical support and advice. You'll also be the go-to person for responding to RFPs and handling any networking-related issues that arise.


In this role, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in networking technologies and protocols, as well as your ability to lead and deliver complex network solutions.

You'll get to work with a dynamic team of professionals and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain complex network solutions for clients
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to develop and deliver client solutions
  • Provide expert technical support and consultancy services to customers
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Respond to RFPs and lead presales activities such as scoping and estimation
  • Serve as the escalation contact point for all networkingrelated issues

What you need?

  • Significant experience in presales, design, and implementation of technology solutions
  • Strong customer facing skills
  • The ability to engage people across at all levels of business and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Blend of technical, commercial, and consulting experience
  • Experience with positioning and solutioning Managed Services Offerings and Solutions
  • 3+ years demonstrable architectural experience developing and delivering complex solutions
  • Proven ability to create compelling proposals and value propositions
  • Certifications in Cisco, HPE, Aruba, Fortinet preferred.
