Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of internal and external (both inhouse and outsourced) consultants to deliver great outcomes for our clients
  • Carry a personal utilisation target focussed on delivering governance and leadership to key enagagements
  • Manage the delivery of our solutions to clients, working closely with other Practice Leads, the Practice Manager, Practice Director and PMO to ensure successful project initiation, management and delivery
  • Contribute to presales activities in conjunction with the Client Development team
  • Identify and confirm Dynamics 365 solution options and assess the suitability of proposed solutions to determine the impact on the business as a whole and to manage expectations
  • Work with project teams and clients to define the critical business objectives, and critical success factors and obtained business value
  • Ensure functional quality across the portfolio, and mentor team members as the quality expert across projects, ensuring the solution delivery is of superior quality
  • Drive operational excellence within the team, escalating any resourcing, performance or process concerns promptly
Your Experience

  • Ideally, you have, or are, leading a team of functional professionals today
  • Experience in implementation, architecting, configuration, AND delivery of Dynamics 365 CE/PP solutions and services
  • Experience from presales to final delivery; ensuring that each solution is appropriately scoped, designed, implemented, and tested to meet our client's business needs
  • Confidence in working directly with internal stakeholders, clients and partners. Displaying an aptitude for gaining a thorough understanding of their vision will be a huge strength
  • A hunger for knowledge with the passion to learn about the latest innovations in the industry, which you will enjoy sharing with the wider team
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively present and point of view to a variety of audiences
  • Experience with constructing statements of work and commercial acumen.
You will be passionate, highly motivated and client-focused.
