**What we require**:
- Experience in leading teams of developers, technical leads, and architects
- A technical background in software development
- Customer-facing experience, both in terms of pre-sales activities and project-led interactions
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Wellington-based
**About you**:
- A natural leader who loves connecting with people
- Keen to continue to develop your leadership skills
- You have a strong technical background which helps you relate to the developers that will report to you
- Possesses a positive, proactive approach to supporting and developing a team
- Are a thought leader who brings your own voice to the team, yet always wants to learn more and share experiences
- A desire to liaise directly with customers to show them what we can do
- You embrace a culture of sharing, inclusiveness, and learning
- You’ll bring with you a relevant speciality that you wish to develop and share
**Extra skills that are nice to have**:
- A background in consulting organisations
- A technical background that includes full stack or mobile app development, ideally with an emphasis on the.NET stack and/or Flutter framework.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft stack of development tools and frameworks, including Azure
