ABOUT THE ROLE Reporting to the CEO, you will take full control of the supply chain, including inbound, inventory, warehouse management & replenishment to last mile delivery.

With accountability for DC's in both Christchurch and Brisbane you will also be responsible for: Leading and developing your direct reports to drive a culture of high performance and safety Optimising the logistics network to improve inventory availability and the overall customer experience Effectively managing the logistics budget and partners in line with expectations Setting and delivering on the medium to long term supply chain objectives as agreed with the executive team to deliver on the growth aspirations of the business Delivering on continuous improvement projects as required to improve overall business performance ABOUT THE CANDIDATE You will be a supply chain professional, ideally with a strong track record of success within the Retail, 3 PL or aligned industry.
