  • Back up support to existing AP person to process invoices.
  • Administration and customer support surrounding Accounts
  • Processing and reconciling invoices
  • Supporting the timely delivery of payments
  • PO / invoice matching

Accounts Payable | Mangere Location | 3 Months Temporary Role

  • Back up support to existing AP person to process invoices.
  • Pulling invoice images from AP system to support large insurance claim from flood incident.
  • Work with employees around the business on closing purchase orders no longer required.
