The Digital Growth and Channel Manager takes the lead on all MAS digital marketing initiatives.
Establishing and executing a strategy that drives rewarding member experiences and conversion of new to MAS members, and cross-selling of new MAS products to existing members.

- Strong experience in managing performance marketing campaigns to drive ROI
- Solid experience with website management and digital user experience
- Strong experience in tracking growth metrics and analysing results
- Excellent understanding of website and marketing principles
- Excellent writing for web skills
- Solid experience with HubSpot and the Google tool set (Analytics, Ads, Search Console, Tag Manager etc.)
- Facilitates productive relationships
