GCSB's Intelligence Directorate is looking for intelligence professionals (or aspiring ones) to provide advice, education and support to a range of customers and stakeholders to manage personnel, physical and information security of Signals Intelligence, together with the development and implementation of associated security policy.

About us

We contribute to the national security of Aotearoa New Zealand through the planning and conduct of GCSB's intelligence activities in accordance with agreed Government policy and requirements.

About you

Ideally, you will have:

- experience in the intelligence and security sector, preferably with good exposure to intelligence products and services OR in providing security advice and guidance;
- a professional customer orientation with a strong commitment to providing a high standard of customer service;
- strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills and excellent attention to detail;
- maturity, sound judgement, flexibility and a sense of teamwork in a demanding and unpredictable work environment which often involves urgent problem resolution.

You will be enthusiastic, flexible, self-motivated, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate sound judgement under pressure.

Teamwork is key so you will enjoy working in a collaborative environment, engaging and sharing knowledge with a diverse range of professional people.
