About the opportunity

The Technical Consulting Manager leads a team of consulting professionals, provides domain (product, module, business process, technology) and thought leadership and acts as an interface with delivery.

The focus of this position is managing, employee hiring, development and performance of professionals to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and targeted Go Lives, productivity, and utilization while minimizing consultant attrition.

Collaborates on practice focus and development.

Works closely with Project Managers, Resource Management, and Services Sales to strategize on staffing plans for customer projects and position appropriate consultants for customer engagements.

As this is a Technical Consulting Manager role, a manager with a strong technical background is advantageous, and an ability to work with various stakeholders is high desired.
