Job Description:


We have a fantastic opportunity for a
Facilities Manager to join our award-winning
Real Estate Management Services team
, based in our
Wellington CBD office.


We are looking for a motivated professional to manage a portfolio of commercial properties in the Wellington region, with an emphasis on proactively maximising portfolio value for our clients.


The value you'll add

  • Assist in implementation of leasing strategies
  • Ensure all property compliance and H&S requirements are met
  • Arrange maintenance and repairs that are required
  • Manage H&S compliance of suppliers
  • Liaise and negotiate with a variety of stakeholders
  • Provide a high level of personalised and professional service to clients
  • Support the strategic direction of the client property, lease and portfolio management programmes and standards
  • Prepare and implement long term maintenance plans to meet clients objectives
  • Manage multilayered projects and stakeholder expectations

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years' relevant experience, including administration or trades
  • Certificate III or IV in real estate practice or property services
  • Working towards REA Salesperson's License desirable
  • Ability to travel and a current clean full driver's licence
  • High competence in Microsoft Office package, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
