Our Finance team is currently seeking a driven Accounts Receivable Administrator to assist with finance administration tasks. We are looking for a positive team player who wants to grow their Receivables career and make their mark.

Main responsibilities:

  • Client payments and bank reconciliations
  • Contract billing in a timely manner
  • Quality checking billing across contracts
  • Contract Auditing
  • Generating subcontractor buyer created invoices

About you:

  • Strong work ethic with an organised approach
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise work.
  • High levels of initiative to check, verify and correct inputs, procedures and task flows
  • Experience in Accounting Practices or Xero (certified or proficient) or similar Accounting software
  • Moderate Microsoft Excel experience
