We're looking for an Office Coordinator to join our North Shore, Auckland office in a permanent, full-time role.Our Role
The Office Coordinator role is 'on-site' and is tasked with managing office administration functions and ensuring superior all-round service and support is provided to our Auckland's North Shore team and external customers.
Core responsibilities include:
- Serving as the first point of contact for all visitors, greeting them in a friendly and professional manner
- Managing overall office appearance
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ordering new items as needed.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and couriers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Oversee the maintenance of office facilities, contacting vendors for repairs and maintenance as required.
- Assisting with coordination of staff inductions
- Event/meeting organisation including ordering catering
- Reviewing, improving, and documenting all operational procedures
- Assist in booking company travel and accommodation, and expenses
Skills and Experience Required
- A confident team player, who enjoys connecting with people but also with the ability to work autonomously as needed
- Organised and efficient, with proven coordination and administration skills
- Keen eye for detail with strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask, all while delivering an excellent workplace experience
- Strong IT skills and Office 365 experience
- Enjoy being the 'goto' person in the office and a natural problemsolver
- Must be a New Zealand Resident and residing in New Zealand
We're looking for a confident team player, strong communicator and someone who loves connecting with people but can also work autonomously as needed.
Having a keen eye for detail with strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task, all while delivering an exceptional workplace experience is also a big plus, as is demonstrating a proactive approach to handling responsibilities across all scales.
