About the role | Mō tēnei tūranga mahi This roleis all about safeguarding and strengthening the reputation of Pathways and Real.

You will carry out excellent day-to-day communications and engagementactivities alongside other communications professionals at Pathways and Real.
You'll also work closely with the design and digital team of Wise Management Services.

The role isdiverse, from creating, maintaining, and enhancing the communication strategy,increasing brand awareness and involvement, running communications campaigns,managing materials, developing social media approaches and managing ourwebsites.

Thisis a full-time role based in Salmond House, Vivian Street, Wellington.
Thereis also an element of occasional nationwide travel in this role.

Skills and experience | Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako You will have a relevant communications qualification, and your skills andexperience could be wide ranging, but you will need: A tertiary qualification in communications or a related discipline Sound knowledge of marketing/communication principles and channels,including brand management, advertising, digital marketing and internalcommunication, is necessary At least 3 years' experience in a senior communications role An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Share Point, and Word Press website content management, media monitoring tools, and print,digital and social media production.

Having interactions with Māori, Pasifika, youth, people with disabilities or people who have experienced mentalhealth and addiction is an advantage.

So is having a good understanding of thehealth sector in Aotearoa.
