Are you an experienced Management Assistant who is energetic, proactive and passionate about your work? Then we have an exciting role just for you

You'll be responsible for providing support to the Associate Director Allied Health Scientific and Technical (0.5) and Associate Director Mental Health This will include creating and managing documents, diary management, minutes, assistance with production of reports and/or presentations, supporting other MA's across the business, Processing of Training applications, and many other daily duties to support the normal functioning of your team.

To be successful in the role you will:

· Be flexible and adaptable

· Have effective communication skills with a high level of computer literacy and competence in office technology systems

· Expectational email and diary management, with great organisational and time management skills

· The ability to prioritise work, juggle demands and, above all, a can-do attitude

· Initiative to find better ways of doing things because process improvement is key

· A good sense of humour

· An ability to co-ordinate projects and keep things on tract
