Due to growth in our business we are expanding our Planning team.


This role will see you working with our team to forward plan our resources against current and forecasted demand to enable the accurate supply of trades to the right place at the right time.

Planning will include developing and clarifying the scope of work, coordination of site delivery windows, evaluating resources and load balancing along with assisting with the base material requirements.


Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Creating and maintaining daily resource schedules
  • Running planning meetings ensuring schedules/ plans are communicated to both internal and external customers
  • Coming up with creative solutions when confronted with confliction priorities
  • Work along side the Data Analysts, tracking actuals vs forecast, as well as looking for patterns and trends
  • Forward planning projects up to a year in advance, analysing historical data to understand the resource and procurement requirements ahead.

Requirements:


Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative approach are a must in this role to convey information clearly while getting team buy.

You operate in a way that fosters commitment and passion and will inspire others to action.

  • Minimum 3 years planning/ scheduling experience
  • Experience in a similar industry preferred but not essential
  • Proficient in Excel and ideally MS: Project
  • Experience with change management processes advantageous
  • Strong relationship management experience and a track record of forging strong relationships with your customers
