ABOUT THE ROLE
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, mentor, coach, and manage direct reports.
- Maintain a high level of accessibility to the team through regular meetings with each team member.
- Assign document controllers to project teams.
- Encourage and influence the project teams/staff and other managers such as Regional Managers, Commercial Managers and Construction Managers to follow the standard operational procedures
- Work collaboratively with the National Team and Subject Matter Experts to develop standard operational procedures.
- Monitor new legislation and stay up to date with industry group developments.
- Work with key stakeholders to ensure project documentation is maintained and managed, even in a dynamic environment where internal and external change occurs.
- Carry out performance review and feedback sessions in line with the company's processes for direct reports.
- Working with the National Commercial Manager assist with salary review process for direct reports.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working with electronic document management systems
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong problemsolving skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
