About the role:


The primary focus of this role is to support the other Product team members in the delivery of service to our Fund Hosting clients.

An overall principle that underpins this role is to improve the product and related operational processes in place across the Fund Hosting business.


Responsibilities:

The role duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

Product

  • Responsible for the Product mailbox, including responding to Fund Hosting client queries and requests; assigning queries to Product Managers; and responding to queries from Public Trust (Supervisor)
  • Manage the content of the Disclose Register, including uploading of product documents and ensuring that existing schemes have the correct information
  • Responsible for the coordination of product compliance tasks on behalf of the Product team to ensure that all statutory tasks are completed on time for all schemes
  • Assist with the maintenance of existing product disclosure material, including Disclose Register information
  • Responsible for the capture, checking and storage of advertisements and related Fair Dealing material from Fund Hosting clients
  • Manage the document signing process with directors
  • Coordinate the preparation of quarterly supervisor/trustee and manager certificates
  • Coordinate quarterly board meeting information for Product
  • Assist in the management of the ongoing Supervisor relationship
  • Responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements
  • Provide support to the Product Managers as required
  • Other tasks as required

Operations

  • Responsible for working with the operations team as required to resolve client queries/investor interactions
  • Responsible for working with the operations team to ensure the seamless delivery of services to the Product team and directly to Fund Hosting clients
  • Contribute to the identification and implementation of operational process improvements
  • Other tasks as required
