This is a traditional office/practice manager role ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day office management.

You will be acting as the sole administrator and will be the go-to person for all administrative and office-related questions.

This role reports to the Director and will also involve supporting the director in a PA/EA capacity.

  • Responsibilities will include:_
  • Invoicing and accounts management support
  • Manage office supplies and consumables
  • PA support to Director
  • Track projects and update status in relevant software
  • Liaise with IT consultants regarding IT issues and problems
  • Provide submissions/bid support by preparing documents and fee proposals

About you:

  • Previous office/studio/practice management experience
  • Professional services experience construction, engineering, architecture, etc.
  • Friendly, positive manner
  • Teamfocused approach to work
  • Fantastic organisational skills
  • Advanced MS Office skills
